Sandblasting
The sandblasting process is carried out, specifically, with silica sand, to guarantee homogeneity and the absence of defects. We have three different types of sandblasters: cluster, tunnel and carpet, which have different uses and amplify the versatility of the pieces. We choose a specific sand grain according to the needs of our customers.
Smudge
Deburring is an operation consisting in the elimination of excess material (the «burr») from the piece, due to its molding or cutting. Our highly specialized operators carry out this task with great precision and skill. We also make use of a vertical grinder and an ARCOS robotic system which allows the automatic deburring of aluminum articles characterized by efficiency, quality and autonomy, also useful for satisfying the needs of speed and flexibility of production.
Work center
We are equipped with two innovative work centres:
-ZENIT 3 which supports a max. of 1000kg on the table and is equipped with an AC motor with 15/11KW power: a machine tool equipped with numerical control whose peculiarity is to perform several mechanical operations simultaneously.
- CHIRON, equipped with XX550 Y400 Z425 rides. The machine has 2 axes c. and the chip tool change takes place in 2.1 seconds while the pallet change in 2.4 seconds. The engine power is 15KW and the revolutions are 10500.

The drilling
Drilling is performed with professional column drills, capable of making any type of hole and diameter. We use specific bits for drilling soft metals and to perfectly execute the customer's directives.
The thread
In our company, for threading, we use various high-precision drills/tapping machines of excellent workmanship, which guarantee a definitive and accurate result.
The impregnation
Impregnation is a technique used on all materials that may present micro-porosity. The purpose of the impregnation is to seal these pores so as to avoid leaks.
Cutting
We are able to perform any cut on aluminium, but also other alloys, thanks to the use of various belt cutters which allow us to work any type of piece, from the smallest to the largest.
Welding
Welding is a process that allows you to join two parts. The heat necessary for the implementation of the process is obtained thanks to a flame produced by gas combustion.
Transportation
Finally, we have a large fleet of vehicles, from vans to articulated lorries. Thanks to these, we collect and deliver the material to our customers on time. We cover a territory that embraces several Lombard provinces, and we are always available for further and more demanding journeys.
